Our history

Founder Min-jun Park spent eight years as revenue manager for a Seoul hotel group before opening Ridgecore in 2016. Early clients were Gyeonggi conference hotels that needed weekday gap charts for Monday labour planning. Word spread through revenue director networks at HAI Korea gatherings.

By 2019 we added Jeju resort portfolios struggling with OTA origin shifts. The Suwon office expanded to three analysts and a dedicated PMS intake coordinator. Today we serve groups from four to twelve properties, with most engagements repeating quarterly.

How we work

We receive anonymized reservation extracts, validate field mappings with your front-office lead, and issue draft charts for factual review. Final folios use brass-toned annotation marks tied to calendar events—typhoon weeks, exhibition dates, rail timetable changes—so GMs can confirm or challenge each note in the room.

We do not resell your data. Chart PDFs stay with your team; our copies are deleted per contract schedule.

Values we hold in client work

Verifiable annotations. Every marked date on a chart links to an event your team can look up.

Readable at arm's length. Type sizes and contrast suit printed folios and projector walls alike.

Property-grounded language. We write about housekeeping impacts and banquet covers, not abstract "insights."
