Hotel room interior with desk and city view

Intake and field mapping

Your front-office or IT lead exports reservation rows for the agreed period. We map stay date, length of stay, channel code, origin region, room type, and package ID. Missing child-count fields are noted; we do not impute guests.

Validation with property staff

Within five business days we return a one-page field summary listing counts and anomalies—duplicate booking IDs, negative LOS, channel blanks. Property managers sign off before plotting.

Chart construction

We build weekday small-multiples, origin choropleth-style band charts, and channel mix stacks using a fixed brass-and-walnut palette for print consistency. Grid lines stay minimal; brass ticks mark only intervals under discussion.

Event annotation

Analysts attach dated notes tied to verifiable calendar events: typhoon suspensions, marathon cancellations, new KTX timetables, local festivals. Each note includes a one-sentence source your GM can verify.

Draft review

Draft PDFs go to your revenue lead for factual correction only—we do not alter conclusions at this stage, but we fix mis-tagged channels or wrong property splits immediately.

Briefing and folio delivery

Final readout covers three recommended operational adjustments with explicit housekeeping, F&B, or sales implications. Printed folios mirror the PDF; digital copies use identical annotation positions.

Data handling

Extracts transit over encrypted transfer. We retain working copies only for the contract period, then delete per your agreement. Aggregated benchmark panels never reveal property names.
