These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at system-ridgecore.click and professional engagements with ("Ridgecore," "we," "us"). By accessing the site or commissioning a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ridgecore provides guest trend analysis, chart preparation, and executive briefings for hotel groups. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You represent that you have authority to bind your organization when submitting inquiries or signing engagements. The site is intended for hospitality professionals evaluating analytical services.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered chart folios and written summaries for internal operational purposes. Ridgecore retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell or publicly redistribute our deliverables without written consent. Your reservation data remains yours.

4. Client data

You warrant that data provided to us is lawfully collected and shared. You grant Ridgecore a limited license to process extracts solely to perform the agreed engagement. See our Privacy Policy for handling details.

5. Fees and payment

Fees follow the accepted proposal. Late payments may pause work. Taxes apply per Republic of Korea law. Refund conditions are in our Refund Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public business information received during an engagement. Benchmark studies use anonymized aggregates; participating properties are not identified without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Deliverables are prepared from data you supply and stated assumptions. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Charts are analytical aids for your team's decisions, not financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, Ridgecore's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.

9. Website use

You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping beyond normal browsing. Content is provided for information about our hospitality analysis services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
